If you need to replace your top, and you want top-quality fitment and top-quality materials, spend the extra money and get this top! It looks fantastic, is a total upgrade from the OEM top, and fits like a glove.

Living in Oregon, I know I needed a well-fitting top that diverts and protects all of the rain that we typically get up here, all the while, also needing a top I can drop and stow quick when the sun does eventually pop out. This one checks all of those boxes, along with a real ease of installation.

Upgrading to twill means avoiding those annoying cracks in the coated canvas of the original top, and the stitching and construction is solid and secure. Every screw fit where it was supposed to, and the zippers operate smoothly and cleanly - with a sample of the zipper treatment included with the new top (for future use).

I have an '08 JK, with the plastic door surrounds that needed the OEM sides to ensure a proper and tight fit. While it might be tempting to use another top that offers an upgrade to the newer cable-stayed front section of the top, I caution you from doing that, unless it was how your OEM top was originally designed. Those side edges, wrapped around the door surrounds as originally intended, truly do keep the water out of the cabin of the jeep, and I didn't even need to use the included foam pieces to bump up the leak protection.

I purchased this twill soft top in hopes of improving the quality and look of my roof. It looks ok but it is poorly fit. I have a shag over the front seat. The wrap around for the drivers side door does not wrap around all of the way up or the zipper for the side window will not match to zipper up. Very very very disappointed in this purchase.

Top is too tight across the top over the doors. Doesn’t even come close to fitting. Bestop isn’t helpful for possible troubleshooting. Will be returning this item for improper fit. I wish I could say I would replace it with another bestop since it looks really sharp otherwise, but since customer service is virtually nonexistent, I will hope for the best with another brand.
