Hi, Does the door upper skin for this product fit the OEM half door upper frame?
No. Unfortunately, Bestop 2 piece soft doors use a proprietary non factory pin alignment specific to the soft lower door in the Superdoor set. The upper door will not fit factory half steel doors. Thanks for the great question.

Does this kit include the windshield header? I’m going from a hard top to a soft top and I don’t have that part.

Are there any other differences between the Supertop NX and this product Trektop NX besides the included 2 soft doors?
Yes. A Supertop NX has a bow assembly that will allow the soft top to be converted or folded down and laid on the tub rails of the Jeep. The windows need to be zipped out to convert the top. A Trektop NX cannot be folded back for it does not have a bow assembly. It can open the front Sunrider, you and remove the rear three windows but the top cannot be converted back.
