Bestop Supertop NX Soft Top with 2 Piece Soft Doors and Tinted Windows In Black Diamond Reviews
The directions for the supertop and the youtube video made instalation very easy. the top and doors look and work great. I live in Northern Ohio so now I am just wating for the weather to get nice and have some fun with the half doors and top down.
The top and back doors are great...but the front doors were apparently made by someone from Mahindra...or someone who's never seen a jeep...and this fact of poor manufacturing is what dragged the whole setup down all by itself.
Even with the hinge and latch screws loose, the latch was STILL over an inch and a half too high to catch!
After hours of various mechanical leverage attempts, distorting the door into a bow, I finally got the latch to catch...but it AIN'T PRETTY AT ALL!
Is it possible they sent the wrong front doors?
Are the 2 door and front 4 doors different???
If not...I am appalled at the audacity of these people actually selling something that should never have left the trash can...
Top is Awesome. The doors absolutely suck. Fit was horrible. They actually funneled water into the Jeep. Emailed bestop here answer was that I need to bend them. I don’t want to bend doors to fit that I just paid for. They should fit out of the box. The top it’s self 4 stars. The doors 1 star. Just because I can use the lower half. Bestop customer service 0 stars. Personally I think next time I find purchase from someone other than bestop
