The lift was a breeze to install at home. All parts were in the box when it arrived. Only suggestion is that when you install the adjustable track bar do yourself a favor and drill out both metal sleeves in the bushings and the mount points on the vehicle to 1/2 inch. That way you can install a larger bolt to take more of the stress the lift and larger tires will give. With some trimming we were able to fit 305/70 R16 tires on and they look great.
My son and I both bought 20000 Jeep WJs and we each ordered the 4 inch Zone off road lift kit. We had a local shop do the installs. My Jeep was first and we found that a couple of parts bags were left out of my kit. Luckily his was complete so we used the needed parts out of his kit while we tied to get the needed parts to replace in his kit. Quadratec was very fast in sending me a box of parts unfortunately all the needed parts were not sent. I contacted Zone off road who told me to call Quadratec which I did. IN 3 weeks I have never gotten confirmation on when I will get the parts or even acknowledge that they are getting them for me. I have contacted them several times by their on line chat but still no parts. After 3 weeks I contacted Zone and ordered the 2 small bags of bolts and bushings that would be needed to complete my sons kit. $300 later AI finally have the parts to finish his Jeep. The kit seems to be of high quality but was sure poor customer service in my experience. Still wonder if Quadratec will ever send me the missing parts.
Very good kit.You need to do your home work because you need to add pieces.Drop pitman arm,drop track bar bracket and a steering stabilizer.I am running 17" 265/70/17 with minor trimming..So far so good.
