Westin 62-1005 Front Tube Fenders for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

Item's arrived well packaged without any damage. Followed the installation video on YouTube and got these installed without issues, barring the wiring instructions mishap that was already cautioned by another reviewer. I am happy with the end result and enjoyed the challenge of doing this myself!

First the good. These look great, they are heavy duty and will take a hit, the powder coat has held up well after over a year on the jeep and the integrated light is very well protected..
The take it or leave it. The feature they offer of being able to retain your factory inner liners is cool, until you don't want to retain the inner liners and replace them with aftermarket and you have to trim the lip that retains the factory liners.
The not so good. They aren't a perfect fit on the rear and you need to be careful to not tweak your sheet metal. It appears to be a very common issue with most of the steel tube flares and I can't say if it's any better or worse than anyone else.
All things considered, I like the lines, I love the lights and the durability and the fit was not really a big deal for me. I would recommend these if you are on the fence about them.

I was really excited to get these but that quickly went away after opening up the box. Everything about these fenders just seems rushed or an after thought. I’ve had cheaper fenders in the past that were better quality and finish. I’ll be taking these in to have the welds cleaned up and the texture refinished.
