Westin Pro Traxx 4 Oval Step Bars Reviews
Nice step bars and they look good on my 2023 Gladiator Sport S. The install was easy once I realized the brackets were not marked correctly - the hardware package had 2 extra small washers and was lacking 1 of the large washers. A quick trip to the hardware store took care of the problem. I contacted Westin and told them about the missing item and the bracket marking. They offered to ship a washer to me (nice offer but I declined) and will tell the QC team about the problems.
Nice look. Took about an hour to install. Directions were a bit vague, but once you have the parts outside by the Jeep you can easily figure it out. Called manufacturer with some feedback on the stamped parts, mis-marked, and the customer service was excellent...no argument, no excuses...just a friendly "we'll definitely take a look at that". Would have given it a 5-star rating mainly because I would have liked to see 4 mounting brackets vice the 3. Feels sturdy enough, but time till tell. Overall good product.
