A steel trunnion mount allows you to make adjustments giving you a range up to 45° whcih then can be locked in so it stays the way you set it up.
Installation: The kit comes with a dual wiring harness & 4-bolt steel trunnion brackets giving you options as well as making for an easy installation.

Vision X 4.7″ CG2 Multi-LED Light Cannon Reviews
I wired these up today on a Gladiator Rubicon with the winch ready bumper. The lights themselves went easily into the factory holes in the bumper and look like factory. With the upfitter/accessory switches the jeep came with, I did not need any of the harness for the switch and relays. I tapped into Aux 3 in about 10 minutes and they are running. Total install time was about 35 minutes with no helper. Super nice lights and my first from Vision X, not my last!
Super high quality, not cheap plastic. They are like the sun.... I recommend getting fog filters if you use them as I did for fog lights, and can get them off of Vision X website if Quadratec doesn't have them. I'd buy these again, with no hesitation.
