Tuffy Security Console Insert for 11-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
This fully enclosed 16 gauge steel console insert provides security and convenience, while still maintaining the refined curves of the factory center console. It turns the factory 2011+Jeep Wrangler JK center console into a heavy-duty lockable storage area to help protect valuables from thieves' hands. Each console allows access to optional factory USB and power source inside console, and does not replace factory console lid to maintain a completely stock look. Available With Upgraded Combination Lock or original Cam Style Lock.

Mounting
OEM Factory console inner box and lid are retained. Console insert is a drop-in installation into the factory console inner box. The Tuffy insert bolts in to existing holes without drilling. Additional hardware is provided for optional security which requires drilling two holes.

Tuffy Security Console Insert Reviews
Very satisfied with this product. The install time estimate was very accurate. Done in 1-1/2 hours. And that included losing one bolt under the cup holder. Fortunately I save spare hardware and was able to find a replacement. I also got a lock and key to match the under seat drawer so no extra key.
Like the ability to add the combination lock, so I don't have to carry a key.
Solid and useful product. The Tuffy Security Console Insert was easy to install (to drill the extra security bolt locations, I marked the spots with a Sharpie, then used a small screw and screwdriver to mark the hole to drill from the outside). I feel confident to leave items in it while the top is off. The Tuffy 3-Digit Camlock is a nice upgrade to remedy the extra key. I had no issues setting the combination. I would recommend this product to anyone who runs around with their top off frequently that needs to store small items (garage door opener & such).
