Description
Improve your ride and reduce wear on your driveline with the Front Full Float 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with Rotors from TeraFlex. This revolutionary design takes 100% your Jeep Wrangler JK’s weight off the axle shafts for a true full float front axle. Once installed, you will be able to remove your axle shafts without a lift because they will no longer carry any of your vehicle’s weight. This kit features forged 4140 chromoly spindles that house two 3/4 ton truck bearings for superior strength and life. When the front hubs are unlocked the front driveshaft and ring & pinion will not rotate. This greatly decreases wear and tear on your driveline and improves fuel economy. The SlimLock hub kit incorporates forged 4340 chromoly 35 spline stub shafts with high surface area engagement manual locking hubs. By converting to 8 on 6.5” wheel bolt pattern TeraFlex was able to use heavy duty one-ton Dana 60 components throughout. TeraFlex 13.3” Big Brake Rotors and caliper conversion are included in this kit for improved braking.

Level 3Advanced- 2007-2012 Dana 30 Axles Will Require New Inner Shafts with The Larger U-Joint End Forgings (#303118 For Driver Side and 303134 For Passenger Side)
- All 2013+ Dana 30 & Dana 44 JK Axles Use the Same U-Joint.
- The Full Float Kit May Not Work With All Wheels. Please Verify Fitment Before Installation
