Synergy Manufacturing 8012-50-44 Front Axle Assurance Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK with Front Dana 44

The Synergy Axle Assurance Kit is designed to strengthen Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axles found in Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK models before it is bent/broken from the abuses of large tires and off road use. The Inner Axle Sleeves provide a 59% increase in strength over the stock axle tubes by being machined to fit snugly inside, increasing the overall tube thickness. The Inner C Gussets are laser cut and CNC bent in a heavy duty 3-sided construction to reinforce the Inner C's in the two planes prone to bending. The Lower Control Arm Skids are also laser cut and CNC bent to provide rigid bracket protection for the lower control arms and axle mounts.
