Are these mats made in the USA?
The country of origin is Taiwan on these mats.

Can these be used with nothing in Jeep, ie: no carpet. Most of pics have them on top of carpet.
They have been measured and molded with carpeting in place. You can use them without carpet, but the contours will not line up as nice and you would notice some mat "migration"
