Description
The hub-centric 17x9 Trail Runner Classic Steel Wheels in Gunmetal from Rugged Ridge were designed as an upgrade from ordinary steel wheels. Featuring a 5x5 bolt pattern, five retro-style kidney shaped holes and a durable gunmetal finish, these wheels are tough enough to withstand trail duty. True to definition, hub-centric construction ensures the wheel is precisely centered on the axle, minimizing stress on wheel studs and eliminating the added road vibration common with non-hub-centric designs. All Rugged Ridge wheels are engineered, tested and certified to meet and exceed the strenuous SAE J2530 standards for wheel strength and durability. Does not include a center cap.

Rugged Ridge 17x9 Trail Runner Classic Steel Wheel in Gunmetal Reviews

I purchased this wheels in 2021 for my white Jeep Gladiator pictured in the shared photos. They look nice however there are a few things to keep in mind. The first issue is that I had to buy stainless screws for the center caps because the ones provided rusted immediately. The second issue is that after two years, the seam between the out rim and center rim has started to rust. If I could do this over again, I would not purchase steelies, I'd pay the extra for aluminum.
