Rough Country Rock Crawler Rear HD Bumper with Tire Carrier Reviews
Install instructions were clear. Everything fit correctly. Really like so far. Only one suggestion. The swing arm sits awfully high and the spacer near the handle still had a strong almost 3/4in gap. Meaning the bearing and handle suffer the brunt of the weight. If the arm sat lower on the post it would be a much stronger point and reduce wear.
I added a spacer and it was super easy but overall great bumper and everything fit very nicely!
I've had this bumper/tire carrier on my Jeep for almost 3 years and it is hardly usable at this point. The swing is so stiff, it takes an excessive amount of effort to open the tire carrier enough to access the back gate. It's also rusting in several spots... Overall, I was so excited about this purchase and it was easy to install myself. But for the amount I paid for the set, less than 3 years of moderate use is not nearly enough.
