The delivery on this by UPS was horrible. One box was opened with parts scattered all over but as we put it together we found everything. The box containing the bumper was dragged causing the bumper to be scraped. Fortunately we were able to paint that part so it’s not quite noticeable. I’d give the deliverY a zero rating. The bumper itself is extremely sturdy. If you are looking for something that will withstand anything , then this is the bumper. Since I already had a good hitch receiver, this bumper was perfect because it accommodated that with a few adjustments. Right now, my only complaint is the flange that fits the stop for securing the tire gate when it’s open isn’t working well. I will need another solution. Also, the metal guide where the gate pin slides didn’t last long in remaining secured to the bumper. I’ll have to figure another way to secure it. If it weren’t for those issues, I’d rate it a 5. I can’t overemphasize how horrible the UPS delivery was. It was how it was loaded. The driver was appalled and took pictures too. I’m including some of those pictures.
