Description
Most vehicles have very inadequate backup lighting, which can be a major safety problem. Rigid makes it easy to add compact and powerful backup lighting to any vehicle with the Rigid Ignite™ Backup Kit. The Ignite Series Accessory Lights are small but pack a lot of power with 1000 raw Lumens in a light that measures just 1.4” x 1.4” x 2”. The Backup Light Kits are available with a pair of either flush mount or surface mount Ignite lights along with mounting brackets and related hardware. While a wiring harness is not included, the powerful LEDs in each light consume less than one amp each, so powering them is often as easy as tapping into the vehicle’s existing backup lighting circuit.

Recently installed in the rear bumper and wired to work with both backup and aux switch using a 2/1 diode. The factory backup lights are terrible to the point of being dangerous. The Rigid light kit was easily installed and provides great light for reversing or for night time tasks.

First set, only one led worked, and swapped, customer service was brilliant got a replacement sent. but now have had on my truck for just over a month and neither work. Very disappointing since I paid for a quality product, but sadly seems is not.

The description says the lights can be flush mounted. At 1.4" × 1.4" × 2", - 2" being depth.
How big is the drill hole, that has to be used for the 2" of depth, to flush mount this light?
Use 1.75” diameter hole saw for main hole. Place light into hole and mark locations for mount screws. Use 3/16” drill bit for mount screw holes.
