With the RES-Q Premium Fairlead Light Bracket you can easily illuminate the winch drum area for full confidence when performing any low light or nighttime recovery. Provides excellent amber or white LED light. Fairlead light bracket is equipped with both automatic winch activation and remote illumination features by connecting the control module’s trigger wire to your winch fairlead. Light will Illuminate automatically and time out after 15 seconds. Illumination using the provide remote will time out after 15 minutes. Designed to work with any electric winch that offers roller or synthetic Hawse Fairleads. Quadratec RES-Q Premium Winch Fairlead LED Light Bracket Reviews
The Quadratec RESQ Fairlead LED light is easy to install and an excellent solution for illuminating your winch in low-light conditions or at night. I love that this LED light has both amber and bright LEDs and can be set up easily and quickly. It's compatible with any winch and includes a remote control for convenient operation. It is a must have for night time wheeling!
It took less than 30 minutes to install and most of that time was just feeding the wires through the engine compartment to the battery. The included remote that doesn't require line of sight makes turning the LEDs on and off a breeze with my personal preference being the amber. The white LEDs are great too but I'm a sucker for amber lights. This does a great job of lighting up the winch line in dusky or nighttime conditions which makes the recovery smoother and safer. It's a great, low-cost, functional upgrade to any winch setup.
