Rampage Products TrailView Tonneau Top Reviews
The look of this top is outstanding! The fabric is top quality. And throwing the "fold-back feature" is quick and easy.
The fit is pretty good. I've run mine all summer in Myrtle Beach and it's been a rainy summer. The top, curtain, and tonnaeu keep the rain off, however, I did need to pull the plugs in the floor and rear boot. Somehow water is puddling, but I can't figure out from where. This isn't a problem for my set-up (plugs pulled and BedTred rubber floors. The main thing is it's rain tight for driving or parked for the comfort of the driver/passengers. BTW, it's reasonably quiet for a soft-top. I think it's quieter than the factory soft-top (although I don't run that top very often - any buyers? LOL!)
The rear window zips down, and with the top folded back it's pretty open. But it's not a "top-down" experience either. The rear seat is always covered. To put the top on or off takes some work, so for me, it's a 6 month top, and then I'll switch back to the hard top for the winter.
Bottom-line: It looks bad-ass! It functions well. And I can throw-back the folding part with ease (and close with ease). So it's definitely worth it!
I have this top for 3-4 months trying to get on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Have had nothing but problems. The side rails where already partially assembled and getting the back window on has been nothing but impossible. I have been talking with “DOC” from Lund and he has been nothing but fantastic helping me. Will send a photo if and when I get it on.
It’s made off good quality fabric, however, the frame on the passenger side was drilled incorrectly and a bracket on the driver side was welded incorrectly. Unable to reach rampage or quadratec because it was a weekend, so will update if a resolution is found.
