Are these legal for highway use in PA? I just removed the 'angry bird' style from my Jeep (that passed PA inspection for 4 years) because the Inspection tech said that "nothing is allowed to obscure the OE light".
I don't see a restriction specifically related to covering the headlights. Here is a link that shows laws related to motor vehicles by state.DOT laws by state - PA
