    Does this come with nuts and bolt for installation, or purchased seperately
    The upper nut is included as shown, but the lower bolt #6505465AA and nut #6502697 are sold separately
    will these work with a 4" suspension lift?
    These are good for lifts up to 1-1/2". Any taller and you really want to consider extended endlinks for better highway safety.
    Does the top stem have an allen wrench recess?
    Yes there is a 5mm Allen recess at the top of the threads.
