you keep saying RHD only, and that this part will not fit LHD vehicles..but arent all american cars LHD? will this part fit american vehicles?
For postal delivery the US has a number of RHD Jeeps for which this part and other RHD application parts will be the correct fit. It also fits export RHD applications. Thanks for your inquiry.

This is a surplus part for original replacement. Unfortunately we do not have any information that would assist in a retro-fit.

Does it include the heater core and Evaporator Core?
No, it does not.
