Fixes a leaky cover - Everyone knows that annoying smell of burning oil from under the hood. A bad valve cover gasket is usually the culprit. As oil seeps out from under the cover, it drips down the side of the hot engine and makes a sticky mess. Fix it up right with a new gasket.
OEM Specifications - The 242 cubic inch (4.0L) straight six is a rock-solid engine that will last many years with proper care. No matter how well you care for the engine, the seals and gaskets always wear out before the engine does. This is precisely why Omix took the time to create an exact match replacement for the commonly leaky valve cover. It's as good as the original, but it'll save you a bunch of money.
