N-FAB Rock Rails Reviews
Easy to install, great look! Have not been over rocks with them yet, so cannot speak to durability.
Well to say i am disappointed is an understatement... Do these look good installed? Yes, but my experience is ending with me spending hours with customer support and ultimately trying to get them to take them back and still can't even get that figured out. First package came in, the box was damaged and the product was damaged, no hardware was in the box. I call Quadratec and they send a new set immediately. All good right? No.. the next set comes in and they look good, I am told to use the box from the new one to send the old one in. So i get the new ones on the truck and i come to find out the brackets are not level and 4 of the bolts will not fit the factory holes to properly install. I ask Quadratec for some money back on these and they offer me $100. I tell them that i would rather just return the sliders, and they tell me they will send a shipping label but the box is my responsibility. So I am supposed to now go buy a box to return their defective part that obviously didn't go through quality control? Not sure how this will turn out, but as of right now i am extremely disappointed in N-fab and Quadratec.
