Nice product. However, it does NOT work with Warn Zeon 10-S Platinum. The body of the winch interferes with the brackets on the left and right side. Had to order the Warn winch plate in order for this winch to fit on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. Wish the instructions mentioned this before purchasing.

This winch mount kit DOES permit the installation of a Warn Zeon 8S. It is a matter of the sequence of the installation. First the lower adaptor brackets go in loose. Then install the main adaptor plate. The bumper must be installed and pulled to the frame and the winch mount kit plate pulled to the bumper. Then torque the mount kit in place since the position of the bumper controls the position of everything else. Once torqued, remove the bumper AGAIN and install the 8S winch, torque the winch in place,, then install the "L" brackets that tie the winch adaptor to the aft side of the bumper brackets. Last and worst, torque the bumper in place (outboard nuts are easy) inboard are a nightmare. Use about a 12 inch extension to get back far enough to swing a torque wrench for the upper inboard nuts. The lowers require a 3 inch extension and a universal adaptor. Tighten these two fully but there is not an accurate means of torqueing. The winch has about 1/16 to 3/32 clearance with the grille but it does clear when finished. There is a clearance hole directly above the right strut pillar that permits cable access to the front side of the battery tray bracket. This is no 2 or 3 hour proposition not knowing any of this. Looking at the Warn adaptor it appears to be friendlier since it adapts to the front bumper brackets and the only drawback is the aft skidplate slots need to be elongated
