Is this the part that site right in front of the radiator? My cons practically new 2019 jeep is overheating presumably form mud caked into the fins of the radiator/coolers and the tech says they need to be replaced ($3000 yikes!). We already know how to remove front grill/bumper. Any videos on removing the cooler/radiator in the JL: series? No one seems to have a video of this
Yes this would be located in front of the radiator, visible through the grille slats. Unfortunately we do not have videos covering installation on many of the factory replacement parts

Is this cooler a replacement part or a secondary transmission cooler?
This is a replacement part for the original cooler. It does not include any of the hardware or connections as it reuses the original parts
