How long do you think it would be to just pop off the old one and put a new one on?
if your Jeep has this already it should be about 20-30 minutes to replace.

Can these switches be used where the other toggles area in the dash? I'm adding lockers to a sport and would like to use that toggle in the dash location.
These are used as replacement equipment only, they cannot be used to add functions to un-equipped vehicles. You will not be able to utilize as a locker switch unless you are using factory Tru-Lok differentials and have the computer flashed to accommodate the new switches

Can the "OFFROAD" filler piece of plastic be removed and more switches added? If so, do you sell those switches?
No it cannot.
