Lost a screw during headlamp replacement

Do these bolts fit on the outside of the jeep dorr hinge?
No. They are used for the windshield reinforcement. Thanks for your inquiry.
Is this the bolt for attaching the hard top?
No. The hardtop bolt will be in the following link. https://www.quadratec.com/products/11190_9901.htm. Thanks for your inquiry.
Do these fit to hold the side cowl on for a 2018 Wrangler sahara jl
The side cowl screws on the JL are 06512430AA, these would be too long
