Do you sell the little square mount that this screws into which attaches itself to the back of the chassis?

Are these stainless steel or zinc coated?
These are standard steel and have a black-oxide coating.

Does this screw fit on a 2010 JKU tail lamp also?
2007-2010 used standard sized screws , changed to metric in 2011. The threads would not line up properly.
