Def lighter than we expected, weight wise.
Mechanic put them on for us. He was not pleased with how the front ones were so close to the rotor on the front. He was pleased with the rear tire ones, but not the front. He is concerned we may get noise from the cover touching the rotor. So far we have not had an issue. Have ran it 100 miles since install and no issue yet.
Love the look behind the rims. Gave the pop of color we were looking for and makes the little Jeep on the rims stand out more. Little pricy for what the quality appears to be. However, we are happy with the purchase.
Three star review for now. Front install on my 22 JLU went smoothly. The rears were a nightmare - the clips supplied with the covers just will NOT bite/fit on the caliper no matter how many times I tried. The shape and size do not appear to be at all designed for my Jeep. I eventually got one rear to hold, but the studs broke off the other one, so now I'm rolling with three covers. I'm trying to get someone at Quadratec to tell me if they can send out one rear in exchange for the broken one. I assume this will get worked out, and I will revise this review. By the way, they look GREAT.
