Great Bumper! Made very well, easy to install and finish looks great! Definitely not a cheaply made bumper
LOD makes some of the best bumpers and steel out there. I'm running their front and rear destroyer bumpers + tire carrier as well as their sliders. Top shelf stuff and made in the USA (that's all I'll put on my Jeep any more)! Thanks for keeping it in the US and doing such great work LOD!
Great workmanship, really high quality. The powder coat is super smooth, the welds are tight. Everything fits and goes together like it should. And it looks GREAT.
Instructions are straightforward, except they are written for and pictures are from a Rubicon/Sahara style plastic bumper. Sport/Sport S/Willys are different, but if you can turn a wrench you can figure it out.
It has a mounting tab across the top of the bull bar, rear side and flush with the top for lights or others that I wasn’t expecting it to have. Good news, though.
One thing - not lowering a star for it, it’s not the bumper’s fault - the fogs from Sport/Sport S/Willys are NOT compatible with the bumper. You WILL need fog lights from a Sahara or Rubicon. (Sport et al have 3 mounting tabs, Sahara/Rubi have 4). I picked up a used pair off the forums. Oh - and you can really easily mount the fog lights (and looks like winch too) without removing the bumper.
Now I just need a winch!
