LoD Offroad Destroyer Mid-Width Front Bumper Reviews
Easy install. Looks good. Also use it to tow my Jeep JKU behind my motorhome.
Great bumper. From being packed right (no damage) to fit and finish, the LOD JK Destroyer Mid-width Bumper w/ Bull Bar (also purchased the license plate bracket and fairlead mounting bracket) is top quality. First it came packaged to withstand anything the UPS/FedEx/USPS could throw at it. Once retrieved from the packaging, the welds and build quality were exception, the powder-coating looked evenly applied (could not find any flaws, light/thick spots or deficiencies). Mounting was without any issues (I watched the LOD video and it was exactly how it went for me), I did it alone and had zero issues (but a second set of hands would have been useful a couple of times). Take your time and follow the instructions and you'll have no issues. Took me about 3-4 hours, but I also mounted the Frame Tie-In Brackets (highly recommend), JK Skid Plate and before mentioned brackets (and didn't rush). The fit looks factory and not having to relocate the vacuum pump is a plus. I debated between the stubby and Mid-Width, I chose the right one. The look is perfect and the weight isn't as bad as I thought. Made in America, solid quality, proper fitment, greats looks...what more could you ask for. Only a little disappointed Quadratec doesn't sell the JK skid plate or frame tie-in brackets, but that's not a product issue.
I've gone through four aftermarket bumpers and this puts all the others to shame. It came out of the box in perfect condition and mounted easily on the first try. The powder coat looks great and seems durable(I dropped a wrench on it several times during the install and it didn't get damaged at all).
