Kentrol warranty not worth the paper it is written on. They acknowledge the defects (all of the black coating is lifting) but state that it is up to Quadratec to issue replacements. Despite Kentrol confirming parts are in stock, Quadratec will not issue replacement forever stuck in a loop of ‘reaching out for another update on this’. Absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID.
