Questions
Richard M.
Are these plug and play for a 1984 CJ7 or will I have to upgrade wiring and relays.....etc? Thanks.
These are 50/60 watt H4 bulbs so the draw is minimal. They are plug and play on your CJ7. No wiring upgrades or relays are required. With that said, if you do upgrade your wiring to say part # 97018.2430, this will provide you with much better light output as it will be pulling the full voltage from the battery, versus losing power along the run of the factory headlamp wiring from the battery. Though at that price, you might want to consider a lower draw, and much brighter, plug and play LED headlamp pair.
Steven B.
Can LED bulbs be used in these?
Yes a standard H4 LED can be substituted for the halogen.
