Is there a wiper connection?
No, there is no wiper or defrost function for this hardtop.

How does the rear hatch open? I currently have a soft top, will any additional hardware be required?

To open the rear hatch of the hardtop, the tailgate must be opened first. All the hardware is included.

What is the difference between the RANGER and RAZOR fastback topper? No real difference popped out when I reviewed the material online except the price.
The most noticeable difference is the slant in the back of the hardtop. Check out the additional images showing the rear side portion to see this clearly. Also, the Razor version has a rear spoiler and the Ranger version does not.
