The unit is solid and well made. I have a larger smart phone (6' from top to bottom), and while the item holds the phone securely I cannot place it in the holder AND charge it at the same time (the charging wire hits the holder and the phone must be tipped upward - not facing me) . Therefore this did not work for me.

I saw that not all questions are shown.mine was about replacement parts. I was told that the big arms were not replaceable. I would think the those little pieces would be covered and very easily and inexpensively replaceable . This might be information that could help others make a better informed decision on what they should buy . My question is why are all comments not posted? You do want your customers to be satisfied with their choice of products. How about you print the good and bad answers to HELP YOUR Customers in making a better choice of products.
