Fully functional OEM replacement.

The product is exactly as shown. In other words, missing the grommet that other suppliers include and is included on the OEM mirror. The replacement bolts to attach the mirror are silver, not black like OEM but most can reuse the OEM bolts. Other than that, happy with the purchase (had to cut the OEM grommet for reuse).

I can't tell from the picture if this is in fact the right replacement for my 2015 powered & heated passenger side mirror. Mine has two connectors and a rubber grommet - does this mirror match? Looking for a 1-to-1 replacement, thanks.
Yes this matches your description. The pigtail splits at the end with 2 connectors and a rubber gasket is included
