Description
If you start to notice water around your TJ's dash area or are hearing wind noise while travelling down the road, chances are good that the seal between your top and windshield frame needs some attention. The Crown Automotive Header Opening Seal is for any 97-06 Wrangler or Unlimited with original factory soft top or hardtop. If you regularly take your tops off or down, then you have exposed the seal the UV rays, and they have not been protected against that. The more exposure, the more they dry and shrink. Keep the water and wind out, and restore your nice quiet dry ride with this seal from Crown Automotive.

Fits perfectly and performs as expected. I had no issues with the adhesives holding onto the windshield frame. Solved the issue of my soft top leaking during heavy rain. If you are having a similar issue, it is likely that your old header seal dried out from sun exposure during the summer when the top was removed from your vehicle. Definitely a good choice, especially at this price point.
