My front spring plate brackets on my 1978 cj7 only have one shock stud will these work or do you offer single stud plates?Thanks
Unfortunately we do not have access to the exact plate for the 76-78...The fitment has been changed on this to show the proper year range, it can be used, however you will have to cut off the sway bar link stud.

Quadratec Part #: 56008.00 - what are the bolt sizes for the studs on the Crown Automotive J5359011 Front Spring Plate
They threads are 1/2"-20, use nut #J4004311, same as the shackles

Does this work for a 2.5 leaf spring?
No, This is made for the front spring of a CJ which are 2" wide.
