Excellent addition to help protect my aftermarket LED tail lights. Love that they came with rubber gaskets to keep water from sitting in between the lights and the paint.

Do they fit over the Quadratec LED replacement tail lights?
They fit, but the issue with the LED tail lights is the lens and LED's are connected to the base via short wiring, and need to be rotated to work the screws that attach the lamps to the body. This cannot be done while they are in the guards. This will unfortunately be the case for all euro style tail guards and OE style replacement LEDS

Are these flat on the back? Or do they have a curve in them?
These are flat. The Rugged Ridge Euro Guards are however bent at the edge to go around the corner. see 11226.01
