Crown Automotive Distributor Reviews
Electronic ignition its better
Would not recommend this product, distributor would not spark at all.
$125 in the trash. Hooked it up, confirmed I had spark. Didn't seem to be in time with anything. It would backfire through the carb a little bit but would not run. Then after a few hours of frustration I couldn't even get a spark at all? How could there be no spark at all with new wires, coil, and distributor? So after much much frustration I put the old distributor back on and it fired up and ran perfectly. I guess I should have tried the 60-year old Auto-Lite before assuming it was junk and a new "upgraded" one would be better.
