Crown Automotive BRT10135T Bowless Soft Top in Black Diamond with Upper Doors and Tinted Windows for 92-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ

For the almost thousand dollars I spent on this top, I'm very disappointed.

First of all, two straps that are needed to cinch the back corners tight were missing. I called shortly after I noticed and have now been waiting well over a month.

I called again late last week to get a status, and was told someone would be emailing me for an update. Waited 4-5 days and nothing...so I called yet again and apparently the claim was only submitted on Friday. So this whole process is only just now getting started, well over a month after my initial call.

And to top it off, water is pooling on the top, above the front seats. They ARE sending me a Top Prop to hopefully fix the issue, but almost a thousand dollars for a top and it needs to be rigged up to not pool water?

Save yourself some time and frustration and go somewhere else.
