The Body Armor 4X4 Interior Rack for Jeep Wrangler JK & JL Unlimited 4-Door models is an easy bolt-on design rack. This interior rack works with a hardtop, soft top, or no top at all (the soft top model will loose the retract feature). The weight capacity is 150lbs. The cargo area is 40.5"x19.25" with 22" clearance below the rack (on JL models). Side slots are included for tie down points. No statement is made specifically with the one touch power top. They state it will fit with factory soft top but you would lose the fold back feature or hardtop only. Thanks for your inquiry.
