Does this Black Horse rack fit on the Smittybilt 76717 SMI SRC underlying Roof Rack?
No, it will not. This rack includes brackets for mounting to rain-gutters from a factory hardtop. Thanks for your inquiry.

What is the load carrying capacity of this rack?
