Works as advertised. Those seeking to eliminate or significantly reduce outside noise from entering cabin will need to invest in liner of some sort under the rug. Perfect fit. Only one small area on the rear right carpet that needed to either be cut or have the bolt holding one of the seat belts removed, slid through the hole in the carpet and reattached. I chose to just make a single cut, which worked like a charm in 5 sec. The carpet design has nothing to do with the rear sub woofer (which I have) - so no need to worry about cutting carpet to make room for the sub woofer. Easy install in 2013 Wrangler Unlimited.
