Alpine i509-WRA-JL 9" Multimedia Dash Restyle System Reviews
Love it!
This was a great upgrade from the standard 5" screen in the sport. Fits perfectly and apple carplay is now super quick to connect. Audio sounds good and has a lot of nice features.
Although, for the price I would expect a lot less issues. There was a few mistakes in their install guide and some oddities in regards to how the wiring harness needed to connect. That can be overlooked, but the couple of issues with it freezing if you click too many things at once and having to wait to turn the Jeep off then for the power to go out before restarting is why its knocked a star. This cost as much as my custom built computer so shouldn't have issues with overloading. Make sure to also have some foam or padding because not shown is the 3 or so boxes of modules you have to fit loosely behind the screen. Go slow and plan out wire routes because these wires have just enough length to make it with no slack.
Another big thing with this model versus the X409 that wasn't directly listed is that there is no offroad mode or maps. That requires a separate unit (KTX-NS01) to be added via USB.
