Does the enclosure mess with the subwoofer’s performance?

so i just purchased this: Item no: 15144-0200 Quadratec SLT-JK957 Rear Storage Organizer Pair for 18-22 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited 4-Door and wanted to know if they would interfere with this enclosure.
