This locking gas cap works perfectly, and is much less expensive than the official Mopar cap which needs to be keyed to your ignition key. At first, I didn't think it would ratchet closed to the correct sealing tightness, but it DID. Appears to be of equal quality to the OEM cap. The only drawback is that you need to carry the separate key, but this is a very minor issue. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible gas cap do not buy. The lock broke after the first couple of uses and then I had to break the gas cap off in order to put gas in my Jeep.
