NOT a direct fit for stock 1986 CJ7, 6/258. First radiator had been crushed on side so the mounting holes no longer aligned and the fins were damaged. After repeated emails to customer service at bothe Quadratec and ColdCase, Quadratec finally stepped up and sent a replacement. Mounts too far aft, close to the fan. Required bending of mounting flanges and pounding grill assembly on Jeep forward to create enough space. Stopcock would not seat securely enough to stop coolant from draining. Luckily still had damaged radiator to cannibalize stopcock from. Overall, horrible, worst radiator experience in 35 years of working on my own vehicles, including four CJ7s.

does not fit too thick, needs to be offset. waste of time and money.

This is not a direct fit. Waited 5 months for it to arrive and has been sitting waiting to install. Tried installing this weekend and found that the lower radiator hose is opposite and won't work for my 225 Dauntless. To late to return..This sucks...

This is not a direct fit item. If your original radiator is 1.75 inches deep, this item will be up against your engine fan. I ended up sending this back, cost me $55.00. I would not buy this item.
