What is the difference between 82215146AB and 82215146? For some reason I've seen both referenced online in various shops.
They should be the same. Some locations or sellers leave off the letters at the end, which are important in knowing what generation the part is. As changes are made to parts the letters will change to correspond. Dropping the letters is just a simpler way to look at (most) Mopar parts.
Are you able to fold the soft top back with all the windows installed?
No, the windows must be removed. The corners are too rigid to allow folding while installed and it could damage the window vinyl as well.
Does this include everything necessary to install or are separate parts need to be ordered?
Nothing to order. Purchasing the top this way will include all installation parts and hardware needed for a new install.
Do you have to remove the windows to use the sunrider feature while driving (including highway speeds)?
No, the windows can remain on the vehicle with the Sunrider feature opened
Does the soft top, in the box fit in the back of the jeep? I have to transport it to a different location before I install it.
You will have to lower the front seats and run this front to back. The dimensions in the box are 58in x 36in x 22in
I have sold my 2018 JL and have purchased a 2014 JK. Will this top fit the 2014 JK?
No unfortunately with the significant changes to the sport cage and soft top hardware the tops are not able to crossover from JL to JK
What’s the difference between this and the bestop super top ultra for 18-20 wrangler JL unlimited?
They are identical. The top that Bestop produces for Jeep can now be sold in the aftermarket as the Ultra. The only difference will be the Bestop name that you see on the rear of the soft top.
will this for my 2018 JL jeep wrangler sport?
Yes this will fit the Sport models
do you have to remove the soft top mounting hardware to reinstall the hard top?
It is recommended that you do to reduce the risk of damage to the soft top or the hardtop during the off-season.
Does this fit the MOAB edition of the JLU?
Yes this will fit any Unlimited JL trim package or model.
