If you accidentally insert one of the wiring pins in the wrong location in the 7 way connection, what pin tool can you use to remove the pin?
You will need to locate a Terminal Pin Removal Tool. Our vendor network unfortunately does not supply one to offer, buy you should be able to find one at your local automotive or home supply store.
Will it work on the 2020 Gladiator JT ?
No, it will not. The Gladiator should come pre-wired from the factory. You just need to add the hitch. From the Mopar literature "NOTE: Trailer Tow Wiring Harness purchase not required. Harness is included in production build."

Will this work with a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara? There was no tow package installed when we bought it new. Will there be compatibility issues?
No, this will not work with the JK Wranglers
Is there such a kit for a european trailer?
Not that we have access to. You may need to locate an adapter for between the trailer and Jeep.
Does the vehicle have to be flashed before this works at all? Or does it only need flashed if you are installing the brake?
A computer flash is not required.
When you install the pins into the connectors is there one orientation they should have as they seem to be able to go in two ways, 180 degrees apart.
For this to function properly you must orient the connector as shown and insert the pins in the positions called for in the instructions. Make sure to have the connector oriented properly when doing this step.
Do you sell the tool to flash the computer.
No that is only available to technicians and shops that are part of the Mopar/Jeep Network that can access the VIN database. It is much more involved than a calibration module for other aspects of the Jeep.
I am brand new to Wrangler mods, what is meant "dealer flash?"
This means that a dealership must complete the installation by flashing your on board computer with the needed firmware to recognize and operate newly added factory options.
