Hello. What are the outer dimensions of these steps? Hoping they are wide enough to protect the rear painted Rubicon fenders from rock chips. Thanks!
Dimensions are not provided though the outer surface is flush with the outer edge of fender flares for Sport and Sahara models. Rubicon models are 3/4 wider and there will be some outer edge of the flare that will not be protected but the side steps. Thanks for your inquiry.

How much weight do these steps support?
Jeep/Mopar unfortunately does not publish that data.

Are the textured step pads able to be removed by chance? I plan on painting the rails to match the body of my Jeep, removing the pads during painting would make things a lot easier. Thanks!
The step pads are injected into the tube. If you remove them you may not get the back in place snug, as the plastic plug will be ruined.

How would you describe the black finish? Does it have any shine or gloss to it, or is it Matte? I am looking for something to match (or closely match) the Black Clearcoat paint color of my 2020 JL Wrangler Unlimited High Altitude. Thanks!
The finish would be more of a matte or satin, closer match to the unpainted fender flares.

How wide are these compared to the factory style Mopar side steps?
These are the factory style Mopar side steps. The same steps that are optioned on showroom and ordered Jeeps.

NOTE: i JUST NEED ONE OF THE END CAPS, THANKS.
Unfortunately the end caps are not able to be purchased individually.

Will these fit with the factory installed rocker guards on the JL Rubicon or would I need to remove the rockers and then install these steps?
No, the Rubicon rails must be removed before installing these
Joseph W.
is this "just a step" or is this viable rock slider as well?
Just a step
